A Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is a licensed medical professional responsible for providing care to patients in different healthcare settings under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse. In this 120-hour plus program, students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of health care settings, 感染预防, 人体力学, human needs and development, 营养, 心理健康, 家庭护理, 等. with an emphasis on exceptional professionalism and a superb work ethic. At the end of the course, students will be eligible to sit for the Board of Nursing LNA exam. Successful completion of this program can also lead an LNA on a pathway toward becoming a Licensed Nurse Practitioner to Registered Nurse.

This course is designed to develop an understanding of theory and basic skills in phlebotomy. Emphasis will include anatomy and physiology of the circulatory system, 安全, specimen collection techniques, 设备, and the legal ramifications in the practice of phlebotomy.

In the areas of Construction and General Industry, students will learn to identify common hazards in the workplace, discuss how to abate these hazards, and understand their role in a safe workplace. The college also offers ELDT online training for Hazmat Endorsement.
CDL-A: This course prepares students through classroom instruction and in-vehicle training time. 开车数小时后, 实验室, 讲座, 范围时间, participants master a wide range of driver competencies to become safe, 舒适的, 自信的司机. This license is required to operate vehicles such as truck and trailer combinations, 油轮, 牲畜运营商, 和平板车或运输.

Upgrade from CDL-B to CDL-A: The college offers the ELDT Theory and hourly training for those currently holding a valid CDL-B license wanting to upgrade their CDL license. This prepares drivers for the CDL-A driving exam. Pre-trip knowledge and shifting skills are required for enrollment.
Hazmat Endorsement: Under the new ELDT requirements the college is offering an online theory course for Haz-Mat. It is a self-paced course that can be completed at your convenience.

Presented in six three-hour sessions, this series explores what it takes for a frontline manager to become a frontline leader. The journey taken in this series begins with self- awareness, travels through making the break from the line to manager, makes stops to consider the success steps needed to supervise well and arrives with the transition of the manager to leader.
